We offer free shipping on all orders within the Australia.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Method:

International Shipping:
$20 flat fee on all international orders.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@boutiquebridal.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
